Kyra knows exactly who the villain is going to be in her next book. But for some reason she's stuck and just can't seem to make him really come to life on the pages.  Usually when she's stuck, she goes and does some research and soaks up the atmosphere, like going to London for her last book.  However, this time her villain is a Dom, so does she dare go and do her research at a BDSM club?  Dom Drew Ryan has never been interested in a permanent relationship, but there's something about Kyra that draws him to her.  He truly had no intention of explaining BDSM to her let alone helping her to admit to her submissive side, yet that's exactly where he finds himself.  Even more astounding, he finds that he wants to see her again outside of the club.  Could they have each found what they didn't realize they were looking for?

This book was a fun read. I enjoyed following Kyra on her journey.  I have to say there were moments when Kyra first went into the club that made me laugh, but I also got  a little impatient with her initial impressions of BDSM and how judgmental she was.  After that though the connection between her and Drew was great. I really liked the mix of the very controlled sex scenes between them, and the almost awkwardness they faced the rest of the time, since they were both having to deal with learning that they wanted things they never thought they did.  I also have to admit that some of the food descriptions made me hungry. it's probably a good thing the book wasn't longer otherwise who know what I would have had to go and snack on.  Probably something cold though to counteract the affects of the sex scenes.
